Delivery Information

Chic Decor offers you free home delivery to the room of your choice. Standard charges apply in England and additional surcharge will apply to all deliveries to Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands or postcodes in remote areas. We use a 2 men delivery company with all our furniture items. Once your order is ready for dispatch, our delivery team will contact you to book a date and time for delivery. we provide 2 days notice and 3 hours time slot before delivery. Our drivers will unpack all the items for you to check and will dispose of all the rubbish and packaging for free of charge. In case you are unable to accept delivery on the offered date, our delivery team will be happy to offer you another date, which will be probably when they are next in your area.

When an order contains more than one item, we aim to get all items delivered at the same time, once all items are available.

Delivery charge will apply if you miss your delivery within the confirmed allocated time slot. Please provide minimum of 24hr if you can’t take delivery within the time slot and prefer a new date.

Please note we can’t be held responsible for any damages that occur to your property by the delivery team, to avoid this please make sure you cover your carpets, furniture and wooden floors with sufficient protection.

We offer free delivery for orders over £200 to any UK postcodes.

Excluded Areas

Excluded Postcodes & Areas

1. Far off postcodes IV, PH, KW, PA, BT, IM, HS and all Scottish Islands incur an added delivery surcharge regardless of order value.

2. Delivery to Ireland & Northern Ireland is charged at flat £79.99 on orders over £600 & for Mainland Scotland (excluding far off postcodes) delivery charge is £30 regardless of the value of your order.

3. We do deliver to Channel Islands, Shetlands, Isles of Wight, Isles of Sicily & Orkney Island. Please contact us before making your purchase for delivery quote and surcharge.

We use third party for deliveries for far postcodes which can take little longer, we will always keep you updated.

Orders to certain/excepted /remote area postcodes (see below) may take slightly longer so please allow little extra time.

Delivery timescale are estimated depending upon stock status and availability. All products on our website indicate estimated delivery time but depends on  availability from the supplier. Feel free to check before placing your order, our team is here to help. If your product is out of stock with the manufacturer, we will  get in touch by telephone or email within 24 hours to confirm this and offer you a deposit or alternative option. We can process the full refund if you wish not to go ahead with the order.

Delivery Vehicles

Please ensure that the property is accessible for furniture lorry or vans. If we are unable to access the property or find it unsafe for drivers to deliver, we may refuse to deliver and a re-delivery may incur an additional charge to you.

Once the item is delivered please check the item and make sure it’s the item you have ordered, and make sure that you check the item for any damages, and if you find any damages on the item(s) or the packaging please note the issue down on the delivery note before you sign up for the delivery. This will help us to put our claim forward with our suppliers/delivery company. We can’t be held responsible if delivery document is clear and no damages mentioned at time of delivery or if you refuse unpack service and sign the refusal documents.
