How safe is buying from Chic Decor and how safe is my information? 

All our payments are processed through a secure payment gateway. Therefore we use malware software.

Do prices include VAT?

Yes – all prices shown include VAT.

I have placed my order online, what happens next?

We will send you order conformation email with your order reference number. Once your order is ready for delivery, our 2 men delivery team will get in touch with you,  with a date and time slot.

Can you deliver goods to a specific room of my house?

Our delivery team will unpack all your items and take it to room of your choice and take all the packaging away. We are able to deliver on any floor. But if an item is over 90kg, then delivery to any floor other than ground level is not possible, due to health and safety reasons. Please let us know after placing your order which room you would prefer and make sure door ways and stair case is wide enough and access is clear.

What if my goods arrive damaged?

All items need to be check at time of delivery and make notes on delivery documents. Our team will unpack all the items for you to check and if unfortunately any item is damaged, you can send the item back with the driver’s and we will arrange replacement or full refund for you.

Do you offer assembly?

Yes we do, please email us if you want assembly service with your order. We charge an additional payment for assembly service, to find out the more details please email or call us.

What if I am not happy with my purchase?

If you are not happy with a product for any reason, you can return it to us for a full refund (please let us know within two days of receiving your goods.)

Return delivery is at your own cost, items must be unused, free from defects and returned in their original packaging, along with all parts and instructions.

We also cannot accept returns on bespoke upholstered and made to order items.

How will I be refunded? 

All refunds are processed through the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 working days to clear.

Where are you based in the UK? Do you have a furniture showroom? 

Yes we are based in UK and we don’t have any showrooms at present.

How long will it take for my order to get delivered? 

Delivery time varies from product to product. Please refer to delivery time indicated on every product. You can always call us before placing your order and we will give you the estimated time.

Will I get charged for returning an item?

We only provide free collection or delivery, on any item you ordered, which became damaged at time of delivery or wrong item was received by you.

If you change your mind and want to return the item then collection charges will apply depending on item and location.

What if I cannot be home on delivery day? 

If you can’t take delivery on confirmed day, please call us at least 24hr before and we will change your date and reconfirm delivery with you.

Do you deliver overseas?

We currently offer delivery to the UK only, however we are planning to expand to Europe in the near future.  We do however arrange shipments to Europe for any order that exceeds £5,000.

What if I live in Ireland, Scotland or on an Island?

No problem we can deliver to you please contact us prior to purchase for a quote. We just want to know which items you are interested in.

Are deliveries free?

Delivery is free on all orders over £200 in the UK, if you live in Ireland, Scotland or on an Island please contact us prior to ordering for a delivery quote.

Do you deliver on a weekend?

Most deliveries are on a working day, we do cover few areas for weekends, you can always check with us.

Do you take my old furniture or mattress away? 

We can collect mattress for £30 but unfortunately we don’t collect furniture.
