What if I don’t like the product I ordered when it arrives?
We sure you will like your purchase but in case you don’t you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Make sure item is unused and packed in original packaging. Just email us with your order number and delivery address details with contact number and we will arrange collection for you.
What if the item is damaged when it arrives or you are sent the wrong item?
We provide free unpack service with every delivery, our drivers will unpack all your items for you to check and if unfortunately any item is damage or wrong item received, you can send it back with the drivers and make a note on delivery document and let us know and we will order a replacement for you or issue full refund once the product has been returned to us.
Can I cancel an order if I change my mind?
If you change your mind, you can cancel at any time before your item is dispatched/sent to our delivery partners. Simply contact us and we’ll cancel your order and give you a full refund.
What do we charge to collect items?
If the item was received damaged or faulty or something we have done wrong, then all collections are free but if you change your mind and want us to arrange a collection then collection charge will apply, depending on your item. You can always call or email us for collection charges details and if you happy with them we can go ahead and arrange your collection.
Chic Decor is unable to offer a refund or exchange in following cases-
- If you had the items for over 14 days.
- Marked Items ( not in re sellable condition)
- Half assembled items ( check all the parts before assembling and notify us if you need any missing spare part )
- Without original packaging.
- Once the item has been received and inspected by our team, we will issue you full refund (minus any cost of collection or delivery) back to original method.
Please allow few days for refunds.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns on bespoke made upholstered items ( unless there was a provable damage during transportation) so please ask for swathes for all bespoke upholstered items before purchase.
