What happens when I am not satisfied?

If you are dissatisfied with our products, you can return it within 14 days of the delivery to claim a full refund. Please make sure that each item is in its original condition and packed in original packaging. After confirming this, simply send us an email with your order number, contact number, and delivery address. We will arrange collection for you by sending our delivery team to come in and collect the items. The option for a refund or replacement is offered depending on your preference.

What happens if I receive a wrong or damaged item?

Our services also include unpacking of items by our drivers to ensure that no detail is damaged and confirm whether the items match your exact order during unpacking. However, if you receive a wrong item or discover a fault in any circumstances, you can return it with the courier’s delivery team. Please contact us if experience any problems during delivery.

Can I cancel an order if I change my mind?

Yes, you can cancel your order or if you change your mind at any time provided that your item(s) are yet to be sent to our delivery partners. Simply contact us, and we will cancel your order and give you a full refund. What do we charge to collect items? We do not charge if the item(s) you receive is faulty or damaged; we take responsibility for this. However, if you simply change your mind and want us to arrange product retrieval, then charges will apply depending on your item. You can always call or email us for details of collection charges. Important notes: Chic Decor does not offer refunds or exchanges in the following situations:

  • If you keep the item(s) for more than 14 days.
  • When item(s) are not in the same condition as or when received
  • When products have been marked or altered
  • When you’ve half assemble pieces (check all the parts before joining and notify us if you need any missing spare parts).
  • When you return items without original packaging, we will charge £25 per item.
  • Upon successful inspection and confirmation of the quality of any item you return, we will offer you a full refund (without the cost of delivery or collection).

Bespoke Items

Please note that we will not accept returns on custom-made upholstered items. Therefore, we implore you to ask for swatches for all bespoke upholstered items before purchase.
